1. Teams must register and agree to terms and liability waiver in order to participate. in the Event. A 50% deposit is required upon registration. For a team of 4, the deposit is $40. For a team of 4 + 1 alternate, the deposit is $50. The deposit is non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled.

2. The remainder of the funds + any additional funds raised will be accepted (cash only) upon check-in at the event.

3. The team that raises the most money will receive a voucher from The Post Sports Bar & Grill for a 2 hour pizza and beer party (includes well-drinks) for up to 10 people, a gift card to The HandleBar, and 200 points added to their total score.

4. Prizes and additional points will be given out for the team with the best costume as well. Be Creative!

5. Teams much be checked-in to the event no later than 11:59 AM. All team members must be present upon check in. Doors open at 11:30 AM. All participants must have a valid drivers license showing that they are over the age of 21. Any team that shows up more than 30 minutes after the competition begins will be disqualified from the competition.

6. All competitors will be competing in a series of games including:
  • Beer Pong
  • Flip Cup
  • Beer Straw
  • Can Toss
  • Chug
  • Giant Beer Pong (only for additional points, no prizes)
  • Team Pitcher Chug
7. Games last 15 minutes each. If a game is not completed by the end of the 15 minutes, the referee will determine the winner. This excludes the FINAL ROUND which will determine the champion in each game. 8. Winning is determined by a point system. Each round won will add 10 points to a team's total score. If a team earns 1st place in a competition, they will have an additional 100 points added to their score. 2nd place will receive 60 points.

9. The team with the highest amount of points overall will be crowned Beer Olympics Champion and receive a trophy and all of the glory.

10. Any competitor may be ejected from the event for any reason- including instances of violence, arguing with event volunteers, or inappropriate behavior.

I acknowledge that this athletic/fundraising event is an extreme test of a person’s physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of athletes, equipment, vehicular traffic, alcohol overdose/poisoning, actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, and event monitors, and/or producers of the event, and lack of hydration. These risks are not only inherent to athletics, but are also present for volunteers. I hereby assume all risks of participating and/or volunteering in this event. I realize that liability may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained or controlled by them or because of their possible liability without fault.
*I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in the event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.
*I hereby represent that (i) I am at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
*I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability form will be used by the event holders, sponsors and organizers, in which I may participate and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said events.
*In consideration of my registration and permitting me to participate in this event, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) Waive, Release, and Discharge from any and all liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me including my traveling to and from this event, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: City of St. Louis, Darcy’s Events, Novak’s Bar - Their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, the event holders, event sponsors, event volunteers and organizers: (B) Indemnify and Hold Harmless the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this event, whether caused by the negligence of releases or otherwise.
*I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident and/or illness during this event.
*I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers and assigns.
*The Accident Waiver and Release of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
